Your Responsibilities:


  • Independent conception, planning and management of subprojects in the field of technical documentation
  • Internal and external contact person responsible for the project
  • Technical leadership and support of the respective project teams
  • Creation and management of work packages for internal employees and external companies, including structuring and allocation of basic documents
  • Preparation of performance descriptions and calculations for offers
  • Compliance with applicable processes, guidelines, procedures and work instructions
  • Continuous review and optimization of existing processes and procedures
  • Participation in working groups and conferences with the aim of further developing existing documentation and information systems and introducing new systems.

Your Qualifications:


  • Completed technical studies, further training as a technician or equivalent
  • Strong technical understanding of systems
  • Relevant professional experience in technical team leadership in a technical environment advantageous
  • Experience in the field of technical documentation and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) desirable
  • Ability to motivate employees and provide creative impulses to project teams
  • Fluent English skills in spoken and written form
  • Willingness to travel for business within Germany and abroad.
