WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Responsible for assisting and executing daily activities across the eCommerce Organization for Spyder, Captain Fin, and Honolua brands
  • Focus on in-season GTM activations and support Site Merchandising, Content, and overall business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the assortment and storytelling align with brand priorities
  • Coordinate product launches, manage product data, and support merchandising on site
  • Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports
  • Contribute to achieving North America Financial Targets
  • Communicate effectively with all teams for project management
  • Track competitors' activities and assist with Site Merchandising and Storytelling
  • Learn about Digital Business KPIs and assist with reporting


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • 1-2 years of Work Experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communicator with analytical skills
  • Ability to Strategize and Prioritize with shifts in Business
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Full Circle, Asana, Google Analytics, and other tools
  • Curious and willing to learn about website operations, business KPIs, and consumer behaviors
  • Understanding or Interest in Apparel, Fashion, and/or Action Sports Market and Trends
  • Spend some hours at our HQ in Costa Mesa, CA; remote work possible
