    Job Description:
    The Role
    • Fidelity Workplace Investing(WI) is looking for a Generative AI Architect to lead the vision, strategy, and architecture of Generative AI. The ideal candidate will collaborate with AI/ML and Solution Architects in WI and Enterprise teams to establish a strong GenAI framework and support stakeholder use cases.
    The Expertise and Skills You Bring
    • BS or MS in Education required.
    • Minimum 15 years of technology experience with at least 5 years focused on architecture in Data, Analytics, and AI/ML.
    • Capable of developing Data & AI/ML Strategy, Conceptual Architecture, and working with development teams to implement the strategy.
    • Proficiency in creating prototypes, leading Pilots and PoCs, and exploring innovative solutions.
    • Background in RAG and Chatbot application development preferred.
    • Experience in developing enterprise applications and data solutions in cloud services like Azure/AWS.
    • Skilled in designing, testing, and deploying machine learning frameworks for efficient model development & deployment.
    • Ability to collaborate with data engineers and data scientists on implementing AI, ML & NLP techniques using industry frameworks.
    • Familiarity with generative AI methods including deep generative models, auto-regressive models, prompt engineering, and reinforcement learning for generative tasks.
    • Proficient with LLMs such as Microsoft Azure Open AI, AWS Bedrock, and other LLM models.
    • Knowledge of vector databases (specifically Redis and AWS Opensearch) and document chunking models.
    • Hands-on experience with LLM-related application frameworks, particularly Langchain.
    • Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and management in the Generative AI space, including LLMOps experience.
    • Experience with ML ecosystems from cloud service providers like AWS SageMaker & Azure ML.
    • Proficiency in using machine learning algorithms like Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, etc.
    • Experience with NLP algorithms such as BERT, ALBERT, and deep learning algorithms like CNN, RNN, RBM, AutoEncoders, etc.
    • Strong programming skills in Python, Java.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex designs and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
    Certifications
    • Preferred certification in AI/ML, Generative AI technologies on AWS/Azure platforms.
