    JOB SUMMARY:

    The core mission of thePublisher Sales Consultant of this REMOTE WORK position is to sell book printing services to faith-based publishers (B2B). Developing a client base through targeted prospecting—with the primary responsibility of building a book above $650,000.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Maintain a level of phone activity consistent with sales quotas.
    • Manage internal relationships with administrative and production teams in a manner consistent with company core values that help everyone grow and improve.
    • Support company culture by commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Outreach, Inc.
    • Create personalized presentations capable of winning new business.
    • Communicate effectively on video, phone, and email both internally and externally.
    • Build relationships that increase the number of new publishers and expand revenue from current publishers to meet monthly sales goals.
    Requirements:
    • Clever. There are finite customers in our industry, and the need for clever account initiation is critical. Ability to develop effective strategies for follow-up with clients and possess the administrative skills to manage them utilizing the following programs: Google Suite, , LinkedIn, and other programs as implemented.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Clear, empathetic communicator able to balance rapport and problem-solving. You are great at communicating through email, chat, and phone while displaying active listening skills, strong follow-through, and time management prioritization.
    • Driven and unafraid to be assertive. Highly self-directed and motivated to win business. High-performance expectations while working collaboratively---not a wrecking ball, but a relentless and stable performer. Obsesses over metrics and demonstrates a desire to define and optimize the go-to-market to win more customers.
    • Efficient. Solid command of technology, excellent typing skills, and exceptional phone manners.
    • Communicator. Quality communication of all types is required.
    • Relational. You have demonstrated the ability to build relationships in a remote B2B setting.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • Proven track record of professional B2B sales experience
    • B2B sales experience required
    • Print knowledge is preferred; willingness to learn
    • Experience developing leads
    • Proficient in G Suite (Google) and Salesforce Sales Cloud

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    • Office working conditions
    • Travel may be required
    • Outreach is located in Colorado Springs, CO; however, this role can be located remotely anywhere in the USA.
