    Schedule:
    Monday Friday, standard business hours (with flexibility as needed)

    Salary Range:
    $50,000 $55,000 per year (DOE)

    Position Overview
    We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This role is responsible for performing administrative and HR-related tasks to ensure effective and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and able to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Maintain accurate and confidential HR files, records, and documentation
    • Support payroll functions, including data entry, issue resolution, and distribution of checks
    • Administer employee benefits, leaves, and compliance postings (OSHA, Federal, State)
    • Manage company vehicle leasing program, including registrations, accidents, and insurance matters
    • Provide clerical support including reports for accounting and other departments as needed
    • Handle general administrative functions (switchboard, mail, office supplies, events, facilities, guests)
    • Assist with new hire orientation and support the recruitment process
    • Act as a liaison with external benefit providers and vendors
    • Prepare reports, training materials, and educational presentations for internal use
    • Comply with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required (Associate's degree acceptable with experience)
    • 2 3 years of HR or administrative experience required
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, or similar applications preferred
