- JOB SUMMARY:
- Support the supervisor of school social workers in the following areas: recruitment, supervision, school assignments, data collection, observations, and professional learning. Serve as a school-community liaison with community agencies and non-profits to support students, parents, and schools. Possess a strong knowledge of the special education process and student mental health intervention and programming. This position demands a high level of performance, and the coordinator must be able to effectively manage time to meet deadlines, learn new procedures rapidly, respond to critical incidents off-hours, and adjust to changes in procedures.
