We are looking for qualified pedagogical staff (m/f/d) for the Catholic kindergarten St. Georg in the heart of the Zeeland district of Mainz. Let's accompany people through life together. The living, learning, and educational environment at the St.

Georg kindergarten is designed to make children feel safe and secure, to help them develop, discover their strengths, and experience self-efficacy.

It is a matter of course for all employees to recognize the needs and desires of the children and to tailor daily routines and activities accordingly.

Families of the children are actively involved and participate in the daily life of the kindergarten. Strong children are close to our hearts. We accompany and support up to 80 children between the ages of 2 and school enrollment. Our focus is on shaping daily life together and strengthening children and their families.

You can look forward to a new, modern two-story building, full-day care for 80 children aged 2-6, an open, active, and independent work environment, and a wide range of opportunities to discover and work on pedagogical topics.

Quality management is also an important part of our work, as we constantly reflect on and improve our conceptual approach.

You bring with you a completed pedagogical education, a loving and empathetic approach, understanding, respect, and joy in participating in the religious work in our Christian-oriented kindergarten.
