Job Summary

In this role, you will provide timely and courteous service to all banquet guests, encouraging the guest to return again and facilitate a next level banquet experience.

You'll serve food and beverages at banquet and private events in a timely manner in a dynamic team-focused environment

Banquet Servers will

Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio/visual needs.
Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
Have working knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and food that is served at the property. Suggest pairings of food to wine or beer
Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any and food ordering.

Qualifications

Customer service focused, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, likes to communicate with guests and associates.
High work ethic and selfinitiative
Ability to work in fastpaced environment
Flexible to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays
Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Overview and Requirements

Job Hours: Part-Time, Weekends, and Evenings
Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience: 2-year banquet or catering experience

Physical Requirements: Able to lift 30lbs frequently, stand/walk 812 hours
Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
