Description
This can be an entry level full-time position with sales prospecting responsibilities. It offers excellent career advancement opportunities in the fields of business development, business management and flow control technology. Product and on-the-job training will be provided.


Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop new business to business sales opportunities through cold and warm callings with the given lists.
  • Prospecting, identifying and qualifying the targeted potential business customers.
  • Initiate outbound calls to the targeted potential business customers and generate sales leads through cold callings with the provided call lists.
  • Establish rapport with customers, identify their needs, and tailor sales pitches to meet those needs.
  • Traveling and onduty for trade shows and marketing events. (3 times/year)
  • Work towards achieving sales goals with the sales and business development team.
  • Provide timely, accurate, complete account/sales lead data, followup updates and prospecting activities updates using CRM and sales management system.
  • Provide sales supports and customer services.
  • Assist in any other tasks/duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is an advantage.
  • Willing to Traveling and onduty for Tradeshows and marketing events.
  • Excellent salesmanship and public relation skills required.
  • Excellent phone call, verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Demonstrate strong social and presentation skill.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Word and Excel required.
  • Comfortable working independently in a small team office environment to make cold calls and followup calls for potential customers.
  • Bilingual is a Plus.
  • Honest, hard working, good sense of responsibility, selfmotivated, passionate, initiative, team player, selfdiscipline, stress tolerance, take ownership, analytical, attention to detail and good work ethics.

Pay:
$34, $48,000.00 per year
