Your responsibilities:


  • Researching data and scientific information on current issues in the real estate industry and its asset classes
  • Assisting in the creation of market reports, location analyses (national and international), and benchmark studies
  • Handling shortterm, daily inquiries to assess the impact of political decisions on the real estate industry and individual asset classes
  • Taking on tasks in trend scouting for megatrends and current developments in urban and regional development
  • Optional: Writing a master's thesis on a topic related to the Robert C. Spies Group

Your profile:


  • Currently pursuing a master's degree or in a practical phase between bachelor's and master's studies (potential for permanent employment after successfully completing studies)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, urban planning, economic geography, or a related field, preferably with a focus on real estate
  • Interest in trends and developments in cities, neighborhoods, and regions in Germany and Scandinavia
  • Enjoy working with numbers and presenting results in presentations
  • Experience in statistical analysis and data processing in Excel
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Highly flexible and able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, as well as a team player with a preference for interdisciplinary communication
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken), knowledge of Danish is a plus
  • Regional knowledge of northern Germany (especially Bremen, Hamburg, Oldenburg) is
