Nightwing is seeking a Regional Operations Lead to support a global data management project with regional operations.

This role will support the mission of developing and integrating timely, accurate, and responsive support to the Regional Network in day-to-day operations This role is necessary to harness relationships between people, process, technology and using those relationships to create, apply, organize, and transfer knowledge, experience, and expertise to support organizational learning and collaboration.


Responsibilities:

Liaison and coordinate system and administrative activities for area of responsibility:
Provide advice on current operations in the AOR.

Facilitation of and/or effective integration into functional working groups from other agencies/departments

Integration of operational planning requirements

Assist in development and maintenance of professional network that improves coordination between customers.

Briefing stakeholders on regional operations, planned activities, and concerns


Requirements:

Experience supporting day-to-day system and administrative operations in a dedicated AOR

Experience coordinating activities across myriad stakeholders and technical disciplines

Experience briefing stakeholders at all levels

Knowledge of IT Operations in order to field issues appropriately

Must be able to travel OCONUS up to 25% of the time to the assigned AOR

Prior experience as an Officer In Charge or Country Program/Project Manager
