- Chassis Pool Billing: Preparing billing summaries using calculators. Validating chassis usage for billing according to customer contracts.
- Driver Delay: Compiling moves with driver delays for billing submission.
- Storage Charges: Reviewing and rating storage charge invoices at all terminals.
- Lift Charges: Verifying and rating lift charge invoices at the Memphis Terminal.
- 2. Accounts Payable Cargo Coordination
- Reviewing invoices and obtaining approvals.
- Entering and processing invoices in MY CN Vouchers.
- Assisting carriers with payment inquiries.
- 3. Invoicing and Accounts Payable Ground US
- Importing and exporting files from KeyPoint to SAP for invoicing.
- Validating proof of deliveries from carriers.
- Processing invoices in SAP and sending to customers with proof of delivery.
- Reviewing accounts payable invoices for accuracy and processing via MY CN Vouchers.
- Resolving billing disputes and addressing carrier payment queries.
- Monthly financial reporting.
- 4. CN US Customs Brokerage
- Compiling weekly and monthly billing reports.
- Posting, releasing, and sending invoices as needed.
- Verifying the Auto-Billing system.
- Monitoring and resolving customer queries and disputes from the Customs email database.
- 5. Mexico Intermodal Billing
- Invoicing loads to and from Mexico.
- Attaching PODs to each invoice.
- Ensuring current customer contracts are in SAP.
- Researching and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Monitoring KCSM rates charged to CN.

Major Responsibilities
Skills / Functional Knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, KeyPoint, SAP, SRS, RMS, CCID, Pegasus, Business Objects, Intermodal Measures, and IES Programs (CHB, Statistics, and Accounting), Data City.
Education / Certification / Experience
College education, experience in Microsoft Office programs, and accounting functions.
