- Sales Entry.
- Prepare Reports.
- Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
- Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Assists manager with special projects as requested.
- Aids clients, vendors, and subcontractors as necessary.
- Scanning and daily Billing/recordkeeping.
- Must be able to interact with all levels of management.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Must be flexible and willing to work "off schedule" on occasion.
- Other duties as assigned by management
- HS. Diploma (some college. Business school preferred)

- Prior customer-related office or sales experience
- Good organizational and communication skills (bilingual-Spanish a plus), and good PC/data entry skills.
- Must also have a high energy level, be able to remain calm handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
This role will handle a variety of clerical/administrative duties for sales manager, assistant manager, and sales reps in a very fast-paced environment. Will assist customers, interact with other departments to research/resolve problems, do some data entry, prepare reports, help with special projects, run errands, reports and generally help where needed.
