Responsibilities:
Conducting training sessions on Python Full Stack development for students or professionals.

Developing and delivering course content for Python Full Stack development, including topics like Python programming, web development, databases, frameworks, and deployment.

Preparing and organizing training materials, resources, and exercises.

Facilitating interactive sessions, discussions, and hands-on practical exercises to enhance learning and understanding.

Providing guidance and support to participants, answering questions, and addressing doubts or challenges.

Evaluating participants' progress and performance through assessments and assignments, and providing constructive feedback.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to Python Full Stack development, and incorporating them into training materials and sessions.

Collaborating with other trainers, developers, and technical experts to ensure the content and delivery methods are effective and relevant.

Adhering to training schedules, timelines, and quality standards set by the organization.

Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and assessments, and making improvements as needed.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge and expertise in Python Full Stack development, including Python programming, web development, databases, frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask), and deployment.

Proven experience and track record as a Python Full Stack developer or trainer.

Strong understanding of software development principles, best practices, and methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Ability to effectively engage and interact with diverse audiences, including students or professionals with varying levels of experience and expertise.

Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills to address participants' queries and challenges.

Ability to adapt to different learning styles and preferences, and customize training materials and approaches accordingly.

Strong organizational and time management skills to plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions effectively.

Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies and practices in Python Full Stack development.

Educational qualifications or certifications in relevant fields, such as computer science or software engineering, are desirable.

Previous experience with online training platforms or virtual classrooms may be an advantage.

Pay:
$25, $50,000.00 per year
