Your Mission:
  • The heart of your training is working on our business processes. You will support departments such as purchasing, export, sales, marketing, controlling, and finance and accounting.
  • You will gain insight into all company processes - always from a business perspective. By rotating through different departments, you will learn about all important perspectives.
  • As an active part, you will be involved in daily operations and learn to plan, organize, implement, and analyze practically.
Your Training:
  • The spectrum of your training is diverse: controlling business processes, conducting sales conversations, processing customer orders, procuring materials, managing finances, gaining insight into product development or merchandising.
  • Your trainer will coach and support you through all challenges.
  • You will also be intensively prepared for all tasks theoretically: in vocational school, as well as through internal seminars and apprentice projects.
