    Axient is seeking a **Program Analyst** to support our customer in **Huntsville, AL.**

    **What you will do...**

    **Duties will include, but are not limited to:**

    + Support position located at the corporate office

    + Various tasks that support the program, the Program Managers, and the Program Control team

    + Provide critical program personnel support; availability to assist current workforce, recruit new employees, and provide daily assistance to Program Manager concerning personnel

    + Utilize organizational tools and processes to identify candidates, review candidate resumes, and schedule interviews

    + Utilize online programs to review resumes, submit job descriptions, status applicants, and submit job offers

    + Track and provide workforce hiring metrics; detailing hiring timeline information for potential and final candidates

    + Initiate, track, and finalize new employee contract specific paperwork (i.e. Common Access Card applications, contract non-disclosure agreements, Labor Category Verification Forms); track subcontractors have submitted all new employee requirements

    + Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, interviews, and conferences; utilize online Calendar tools

    + Prepare and finalize contract required Monthly Status Report; includes consolidating employee and subcontractor submitted data

    + Provide as needed assistance to employees on contract

    + Ability to communicate with multiple corporate departments to complete a task requiring attention from multiple individuals

    + Develop charts and briefings for meetings

    + Establishes and maintains digital operating files; Performs analysis to identify and remove obsolete material

    **Skills you will need...**

    **Minimum Requirements:**

    + High School Education, must have at least 4 years relevant experience

    + Must be computer literate and proficient with recent experience in MS Office products to include: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

    + Should possess above average communication and organizational skills

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Must be able and willing to travel up to 10%
