    Description
    Program Analyst

    Job Description: The selected candidate will perform program analyst duties in support of the PEO Missile IFRCO Program Office.

    Duties will include:
    • Experience utilizing the Army financial system, including General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and LMP.
    • Experience is executing RDT&E, O&M and Procurement funds in GFEBS and LMP.
    • Working knowledge of Army business processes and policies, include the Financial Management Regulation (FMR). Possess working knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
    • Review, analyze, and interpret various GFEBS financial documents and reports, against established financial metrics.
    • Experience with Joint Reconciliation Program (JRP) and Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) support to include research and review of audit samples data from GFEBS for Open Commitments, Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs), Unfilled Customer Orders, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, and preparation of JRP packages for submission to Budget Submitting Office (BSO).
    • Coordinate budget execution, monthly actuals reporting, and variance analysis.
    Qualified candidates will have:
    • Active DoD security clearance
    • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' relevant experience/ relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
    • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage and manipulate large amounts of data into easily interpreted reports
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with all levels of an organization to include senior military and government civilian personnel.
