Job Description:

To operate all summer associated activities.

Responsibilities:

 Comply with all safety standards, at all times.

 Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and customer service skills.

 Greet guests in a welcoming manner.

 Inspect Williwaw daily, including guide and guest equipment.

 Complete Daily Operations Check List, Daily Report, Equipment Use Log and Near Misses/Incidents

 Properly harness and remove harnesses

 Inform MOD of any maintenance needs on the Williwaw.

 Guide guests on the Williwaw, and demonstrate proficiency in skills required to guide.

 Ensure that all procedures covered in the Training Manual are followed.

 Respond when necessary to evacuate participants from the Williwaw.

 Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for Williwaw/Canopy Tour guests.

 Operate the Williwaw Dual Racing Zip as part of a team.

 Monitor and supervise other summer activities including the kid's go-kart park, archery, adventure playground, tubing, rentals and slopeside climbing wall.

Qualifications:
 Must be comfortable working at heights of 50+ feet

 Experience in the ski industry, outdoor education, recreation management, high angle ropes courses, and/or interpretive/educational programming preferred.

 Must have excellent communication, organization, leadership and customer service skills.
