We are currently seeking a Junior Design Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our Brand Design Team in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, or London.

In this role, you will play a key role in our in-house design and copy team, responsible for managing and optimizing our creative processes. This includes overseeing project workflows, reviewing briefs, managing team capacity, delivering output, and coordinating assets across various platforms. Our team supports multiple brands under The Venango Group and is responsible for maintaining and developing their brand design and copy, from daily support to creating large-scale campaigns.
