Your responsibilities:

Together with your team, you ensure a wellmaintained branch and a seamless shopping experience for our customers
Whether it's restocking and presenting merchandise, baking, or operating the cash register, you are always ready to lend a hand and give your all
You support the branch manager by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing our branch concepts
Additionally, you take on tasks such as inventory management, cleaning, and organizing the storage area

Your profile:

Previous experience in retail or a similar industry, ideally with some leadership experience such as shift management
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a knack for inspiring and motivating others
Efficient and quick in your work
Reliable and willing to work flexible shifts

Your benefits:

Aboveaverage starting wage of 14.00 €/hour (even without a completed vocational training) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses
Paid overtime based on precise time tracking
Permanent employment contract and 6 weeks of vacation
