Pay Information: Offering a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
Job Summary:
- Provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in a long-term care setting.
- Demonstrates expertise in nursing principles and practices within the full scope of nursing knowledge.
- Performs testing, evaluates data, and provides necessary care.
- Ensures residents' health, comfort, and safety, administers medications, and documents interactions.
- Collaborates with healthcare professionals and maintains effective relationships with residents and families.
- Counsels on prevention and treatment plans and educates residents on self-care programs.
- Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN.
- Hold an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing board.
- Obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications.
