    Description

    Now hiring Full-Time straight shift 10:30-4:30 Monday through Friday.

    Do you love working with kids? Are you looking for flexible hours, paid training opportunities and to be part of a team that feels like a family, and where work-life-balance is a priority?

    Join us at White Bear Lake School District as an Assistant Recreation Lead. We are looking for individuals with a passion for children who can ignite the passion within children.

    A successful candidate will assist in the planning and implementation of elementary school extra-curricular activities, actively engage with our youth, cultivate positive relationships with parents, and explore a variety of educational programs. No formal training is required.

    Benefits include;

    1. Competitive pay, between $ $20.50/hour based on experience.
    2. Flexible hours between 6:30 am - 6:00 pm.
    3. Full and part-time positions available.
    4. Healthcare benefits available for those working over 30 hours per week.
    5. Paid sick leave, paid holidays, and paid vacation benefits.
    6. On-the-job, paid training for first aid, CPR, child development, working with special needs children.
    7. Ongoing staff development.
    8. Strong team environment.
