Positions: 3

Duration:
End of December end date (12/20); contract only

Location:
Primarily Valley Forge/King of Prussia, PA

Working Model:
Hybrid (Tues & Wed in office)

Core hours: 9-5, flex hours available (can start as early as 7AM)

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (5+ years)

Key Responsibilities:

Create comprehensive documentation on all processes within the company, ensuring clarity and accessibility for thirdparty contractors.
Translate technical processes into simple terms that are relatable and understandable for contractors with varying levels of expertise.
Communicate announcements and reminders regarding processes effectively to thirdparty contractors through various channels.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Maintain organized documentation repositories and update materials as processes evolve.
Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance contractor engagement and understanding.

Requirements:

Proven experience in technical writing, preferably within a similar industry or field.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in simple terms.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Ancile and Populo programs preferred.
Experience with CRM Dynamics for 365 is a plus.
Flexibility to work core hours of 95, with the availability for flexible hours.
