Rainbow Lakes is seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on IT to join the Medical Service of Lower Saxony in Hanover. As part of a team of 1,200 colleagues at 13 locations, you will support and advise the statutory health insurance and social long-term care insurance companies on medical and care-related issues. Your work will directly impact the approximately 7.1 million people insured in Lower Saxony.
In this role, you will initiate and manage IT projects, with a particular focus on digitalization and IT strategy. Your contributions will be crucial in implementing the organization's overall strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects in accordance with internal standards and identifying opportunities for optimizing structural and process organization, potentially including the introduction of an IT industry solution
- Planning, managing, and supporting IT projects, as well as contributing to IT sub-projects at the interface with the IT division
- Conducting project-specific controlling in accordance with the Project Management Office's specifications
- Assisting the IT division's management team in prioritizing, initiating, coordinating, and implementing internal and cross-divisional projects
- Participating in the establishment, introduction, and continuous improvement of standards and processes within the IT division, such as project management, project controlling, and documentation
