Overview:
McGuireWoods is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be integral to supporting the firm's Client Experience initiatives.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive support to our Anchor Client program, managing and analyzing client feedback, and ensuring efficient operations for our key client teams.

This position is available in our Richmond, Charlotte, or Chicago offices.

Responsibilities:


  • Managing internal Anchor Client resources and keeping individual Anchor Client budgets up to date and accurate.
  • Overseeing the firm's client feedback tracking tool in HighQ.
  • Acting as a liaison between relevant managers (events, business development, communications) to address specific client needs.
  • Collaborating with the events team to assist with clientfacing events and partnerships.
  • Scheduling recurring meetings and preparing meeting materials for relationship partners, client manager teams, and the CX team.
  • Coordinating client research requests and relationship analysis.
  • Assisting with alumnirelated outreach and events.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of administrative experience in a legal and/or corporate setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant businessoriented discipline or equivalent educational background.
  • Established technical proficiency (experience in HighQ, PowerBI, Foundation, DealCloud, and Excel preferred).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in client service, analytical thinking, and problemsolving.
  • Exceptional project and time management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
