What you can expect from us
Managing the pet department, including care, maintenance, and sales
Providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
Accurate handling of cash transactions and cash register closing
Participating in store layout and maintaining cleanliness and organization
Stock management, receiving and checking merchandise
What we are looking for
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have equivalent experience in retail
You have extensive knowledge in the field of aquatics
Proof of expertise according to § 11 Animal Welfare Act in the field of aquatics is desirable, but can be obtained through further training
You enjoy providing advice and impress customers with your open and friendly demeanor
You are willing to help and have a team-oriented attitude
You are honest, accurate, and have a strong
