The Building Blocks Product Management team has end-to-end ownership of the product definition, planning, delivery and sunset of cross-portfolio software and services for the Critical Communications organization.
Building Blocks product managers work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, procurement, marketing and sales for the definition and on time delivery of the product.
The team is responsible for the overall product requirements, value proposition, KSPs, metrics, business case and market launch of the product.
We're seeking an Associate Product Manager to grow with our team.
This position is responsible for coordinating and managing aspects of the ongoing product lifecycle for key products in the APX NEXT & APX N-Line Application Services product portfolio.
This role involves:
- Overseeing the "maintenance of line" for important App Services products.
- Assisting with coordination of trials & beta testing
- Coordinating Product Marketing collateral & training material for integrations
- Support customer visits or events with ad hoc material and present and demonstrate as required
- Product Adoption Data analysis & reporting
- Assisting with resolving order management issues
Qualifications:
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
- Fluent in English
- Can quickly understand new technical concepts and their impact on the business/market
- Selfmotivated and autonomous.
- Ability to coordinate multifunctional, multinational and multicultural teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (including presentation skills)
- Demonstrated ability to sell ideas and concepts to external and internal decisionmakers
- Advanced time management and prioritization skills
- Travel will range from 1025%
Basic Requirements:
- Master's Degree; Engineering with Business/Marketing, or Product Management
- Or Bachelor's Degree + 3 years of experience.
- Must be a US Citizen, permanent resident or be an MS student with work authorization (F1 Visa on CPT accepted only for masterslevel students).
- Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers.
