Administrative Assistant - Executive Operations

Are you meticulous with superior organizational skills? Then Uline is looking for you to join our Executive Operations team as an Administrative Assistant.

Support management and staff as we continue to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials. It's an exciting time to join Uline

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Uline's President and CEO.
  • Generate correspondence from notes or verbal communications.
  • Organize and maintain files, correspondence, records and other documents.
  • Perform analytic and query work as needed.
  • Support project management with tracking and dispersing documentation to team members, monitoring deadlines and following up on pending matters.
  • Research, gather data, compile reports and make recommendations based upon findings.
  • Serve as backup to other department administrators as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years administrative experience supporting chief executives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Extremely organized with strong timemanagement skills.
  • Flexibility and excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
