Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team.- Workhour :8am to 5pm ( Lunch break 1hour)
- 3 to 5 yrs of experience
- Must be fluent in Korean, English
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to determine project requirements and objectives
- Develop architectural designs and plans using software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and models of architectural designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and functionality
Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts
- Ability to create visually appealing graphic designs for presentations
- Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail
- Strong problemsolving abilities to overcome design challenges
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Pay:
$55, $76,000.00 per year
