Locally owned and well established Indepedent Insurance Agency in Marshall, Michigan

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Licensed Insurance Agent/Office Manager at Greg Allen Insurance Agency. Duties include but are not limited to: servicing everyday requests for personal and commercial clients, account rounding of current clients as well as quoting new business, claims processing and monitoring, taking payments, educating and communicating with customers regarding their insurance needs and offering applicable products. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be proficient with various computer programs and be able to work independently and a self starter.

Qualifications

Insurance Sales and Service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5 years experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Valid insurance license in the state of Michigan
Life and Health License a plus but not required
Potential ownership opportunity for the right candidate
