At one of our renowned clients in Dormagen, this exciting opportunity is available as part of our recruitment services.

Your responsibilities
  • Preferred internal point of contact for all inquiries related to infrastructure and user support.
  • Management of access rights and maintenance of PCs using Windows Active Directory.
  • Management and security of networks using TCP/IP, switches, and Wi-Fi hotspots.
  • Maintenance of security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
  • Basic maintenance of the globally managed Citrix system (client installation, profile deletion, etc.).
  • Coordination with global IT support for advanced system support.
Your profile
  • Qualification as an IT administrator.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity issues, including threat detection and response.
  • Knowledge of IT networks: Ethernet, TCP/IP, basic firewall concepts, and MS SQL system components.
  • Expertise in Windows 10 & 11, Windows Server, Office 365, and specifically Outlook and Active Directory.
  • Professional English is required to interact with global IT teams within the group.
