    JangoMail is looking for a reliable, motivated, and driven team player to join our Dayton team. The ideal candidate will be responsible providing customer support on the phone, chat, and ticketing system. They must have excellent phone etiquette and email/chat grammar.

    This is a full-time position located in Washington Township, Ohio. We provide an attractive benefits package, competitive salary, and a challenging work environment.

    JangoMail is a growing web application for broadcast and transactional email deployment. We are a small team with a worldwide reach.

    Requirements:

    • Willingness to become a high-end user of the JangoMail platform
    • 1-2 years' experience in a B2B, or tech environment
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to network professionally
    • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
    • Career oriented individual looking for a company with rapid growth opportunity

    Preferred:

    • Working knowledge of HTML, web design, and email
    • Basic understanding of SQL, and running basic queries
    • Basic understanding of DNS
