We are dedicated to providing quality and kind dental care. We value treating our patients well, and having a happy working environment. Our office is PPO and Private only, no HMOs or Medical.

We are looking for a motivated and capable Appointment Coordinator for our busy practice.


Position Overview:


  • Someone knowledgeable in the dental field who is focused and oriented in regards to reaching office goals and has the capacity to multitask.
  • Answer phones with adequate etiquette, get all the proper patient information and schedule.
  • Verify insurances on a daily basis based, of 2030 patients a day
  • Be able to present a treatment plan based on insurance coverage
  • Collect patient's payments
  • Bilingual is a plus
- fluent in Spanish and English, and with at least 1 year of previous experience in this position.

  • This is a full time job opportunity to start in the next 2 weeks.

  • Expected hours: 35 per week
