    • Shift: Monday-Friday (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
    • Flexible hours
    • Permanent/Direct Hire opportunity
    • Administer Leave of Absence including FMLA, PFML, Paid Medical Leave
    • Manage daytoday HR operations and provide support to employees
    • Conduct recruitment efforts for all positions within the organization
    • Oversee performance management processes and employee evaluations
    • Collaborate on HR projects such as policy development and implementation
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
