    We are searching for a detailed oriented *Medical Assistant *to join our wonderful team We are a team of board-certified medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatologist that provides the best dermatological services to our patients.

    *This is a direct hire/permanent role* - We offer the opportunity to receive a DermTech certification to our team members, that lasts 4 years

    *Responsibilities:
    • Rooming and taking vitals
    • Scribing information for the Dermatologist
    • Assisting with suture removal
    • Assisting with scheduling patient appointments
    • Assisting the Dermatologist with some procedures such as injections, excisions, surgical photographs and more
    • Cleaning and stocking exam rooms
    *Qualifications:
    • HS Diploma or GED Required
    * *Preferred to have a clinical background / licensure in patient care (CNA, MA, CMA, LPN, or Patient Care Techs permitted to apply)
    * *Prefer at least 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
    • Must have excellent communication skills & friendly patient care approach
    • Must be self-motivated, sharp, and reliable
    * *Prior experience *_or _*interest in Dermatology field
    • Must be flexible to working later shift on Tuesdays (eliminating in July)
    • Experience taking vitals, performing injections, and directly assisting providers in treatment or examinations
    • Scribing experience (a plus)
