Our range of services includes 15 day care centers, a children's home, a children's residential group, two outpatient nursing services, two inpatient nursing facilities, as well as senior offices and several assisted living facilities.

Nursing Specialist (m/f/d) for Practical Training

Are you a passionate nursing specialist who wants to share your knowledge and experience with others? Are you already a practical trainer (m/f/d) or interested in pursuing training in this field? Then join our team and enjoy fair working conditions and a dignified nursing routine.

The position is part-time and follows a 3-shift system at our "Sonnenschein" or "An den Gärten" nursing homes in Leipzig-Lindenau.

For the supervision of trainees, the weekly working hours can be increased up to 40 hours.


Responsibilities:

  • Planning and conducting the training process for trainees in the field of nursing
  • Collaboration with the DRK Education Center as the school operator
  • Participation in internal practical trainer meetings to work on the training concept
  • Participation in daily work on the living areas: exemplary implementation of individual and holistic treatment care, including documentation with SIS and DAN
  • Contact person for treating physicians and relatives
  • Communication with schools, external training providers, and all
