Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
• Enter customer data and update account information in the system
• Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating active listening skills and empathy
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
• Upsell additional products or services to customers when applicable
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Sales experience is a plus, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
