- Contract Duration: 3-month project
- Worksite Location: Hartford, CT - Hybrid
- Hourly Rate: $30-32/hr W2
- Ensure clear definition of requirements for incoming project requests and adherence to the established process
- Coordinate and monitor deadlines with internal teams and clients to guarantee punctual delivery of all creative/content materials, covering print, digital (web), interactive, and social
- Oversee project development for small business projects from initiation to completion, as well as foundational tasks for business units
- Supervise the smooth and efficient handling of intake and workflow processes for the Content Marketing and Web Strategy/Publishing Team
- Facilitate the approval process via Workfront for content marketing deliverables to ensure compliance with Advertising and Marketing Materials policies
- Handle content marketing operations, including content review processes and project management, to effectively communicate with business partners and ensure the delivery of final approved assets to the Web operations team for the publishing process
- Experience working with various clients on marketing campaigns and creative projects
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong internal team and client relationships and collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in operating within a matrix organization
- Strong customer service skills essential; adept at resolving conflicts constructively
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Capability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with effective presentation abilities
- Initiative-driven with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve objectives
