Title: Content & Web Operations Specialist

Wage: $25-$30/hr W2

Location: Hartford, CT - HYBRID

Contract: 3 months

What you'll do as a Consultant, Content & Web Operations Specialist:

Ensure all requirements for incoming project requests are clearly defined and adhere to the current process
Plan and track deadlines with internal teams and clients to ensure on-time delivery of all creative/content materials, including print, digital (web), interactive and social
Help to manage project development process for low business initiatives from initiation to closure as well as foundational work for our business units
Help to manage the smooth and seamless intake and workflow processes for the Content Marketing and Web Strategy/Publishing Team
Facilitate approval process through Workfront for content marketing deliverables ensuring compliance with Advertising and Marketing Materials policy
Manage content marketing operations including, content review process and project management, in order to effectively communicate to business partners and ensure the delivery of final, approved assets to Web operations team for final publishing process

What you'll bring to the Consultant, Content & Web Operations Specialist role:

Able to work with multiple clients on marketing campaigns and creative development
Proven ability to build strong internal team/client relationships and be a team player
Successfully work in a matrix organization
Must have solid customer service skills/abilities. Must be able to resolve conflicts peacefully and productively
Excellent organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multi-task assignments
Strong communications skills -- oral, written, and presentation
Must demonstrate initiative and have a "can-do, whatever it takes to get it done" attitude
