Main tasks * Organization/coordination and execution, including reporting, of acceptance tests for equipment/machinery for our new plants as well as spare parts orders * Planning and coordination of our assembly and commissioning specialists, including preparation of offers and invoicing for our international customers * Travel planning, reservation and booking of flights/hotels * Visa procurement * Control of travel expenses, expense reports and time sheets Your profile * You are a machine builder/service technician/industrial mechanic or have equivalent training, knowledge in chemical plant construction is an advantage * You have experience in quality assurance of equipment/pressure vessels * You communicate fluently in German and English, both orally and in writing * You enjoy traveling and also find office work enjoyable (percentage of time spent on the road)
