We are looking for you to join our kindergarten We are seeking a dedicated and responsible deputy daycare center manager for our kindergarten. As part of the management team, you will work towards achieving the goals of the kindergarten in terms of pedagogy, team building, and networking. Your responsibilities:


  • Participation in and assumption of leadership and management tasks in close coordination with the daycare center manager, as well as mutual representation
  • Collaborative work and representation in all pedagogical, personnel, and organizational management tasks in the kindergarten
  • Care, education, and upbringing of children in the kindergarten
  • Implementation of the content of the Berlin education program
  • Independent assumption of project and partial tasks
  • Point of contact for all team members
  • Participation in the process of quality development and assurance
  • Active promotion of educational partnerships
  • Public relations and networking in the local community

Your qualifications:


  • State recognition as an educator and/or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education/social pedagogy or a comparable
