Pay Rate
Starting rate at $20.25 with opportunity for increase to Team Member rate of $20.50 following successful completion of new hire training program

• Work in various food prep areas: Breading, Prep, Line, Fry Station, Dishwashing.
• Provide exceptional service that aligns with ChickfilA standards and core values, which are:_ Customer First, Personal Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Working Together, and Stewardship._
• Know the _Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy_ and how the strategy relates to your daily role.
• Execute hospitality by cooking, preparing, and presenting food orders to meet ChickfilA's recipes and exceptional quality standards.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while providing a quality product and excellent customer service at all times.
• Handle all foodrelated, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards that comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures.
• Demonstrate the ability to be selfmotivated and strive for new opportunities for growth and learning within our organization.
• Partner with the leadership team and the Owner/Operator to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
• Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a positive work environment and a hospitable experience for our guests

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Parttime availability must be able to work 20+ hrs/wk
• Fulltime availability must be able to work 3040 hrs/wk
• Saturday availability (Required for all team members)
