What you will do:
You are customer-oriented, communicative, conscientious, and enjoy working in a team. If you have basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel, enjoy communicating with people, and are excited about working in a young and dynamic team, then you are in the right place with us.
The main tasks are:
- Processing customer inquiries, mainly via email
- Regular coordination with the large logistics department
- Handling returns
You will of course receive adequate training.
