Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Subcontractor Buyout: Manage the selection and negotiation processes with subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality workmanship.
• Scope of

Work Development:
Develop detailed scopes of work for subcontractors, ensuring all project requirements are clearly defined and agreed upon.

• Schedule Management: Assist the scheduler with monthly updates and manage the subcontractor schedule using P6Project software.
• Change Management: Formulate Request for Quotations (RFQs) and distribute them to impacted contractors, Collect and review change order (CO) pricing from subcontractors, Submit change order pricing to the Client
• Owner Progress Meetings: Prepare the agenda for progress meetings.
• Weekly Staff Meetings: Facilitate weekly meetings to ensure all team members are aligned with project status and objectives.
• RFI

Process Management:

Communicate RFI responses to relevant parties, emphasizing the timeline for notifying changes and Collaborate with the Superintendent to assess potential cost and schedule impacts from RFIs and ASIs.

• Quality Control: Provide the QC Manager with updated schedules and scopes of work to uphold project quality standards.
• Material Tracking: Generate a comprehensive material tracking log.
• Subcontractor Kickoff Meetings:Organize and conduct kickoff meetings for each subcontractor.
• Create and distribute minutes for all kickoff meetings.

Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of experience in construction project management.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Pay:
$90, $110,000.00 per year
