The Position
This is a hands-on, laboratory-based position for an Associate Scientist as a key member of the Bioanalysis team.

Responsibilities_
Execute in vitro and ex vivo studies to facilitate drug discovery independently
Maintain a high level of productivity in the lab and perform critical experiments
Demonstrate independence in troubleshooting and solving technical problems
Present research findings to project teams and governance bodies and prepare study reports
May interact with multiple program teams

Requirements:

BS with 02 years of experience in biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology, or a related field of biology
Ability to work with a small team of scientists, while working closely with other research groups and senior managers
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Selfmotivated team player with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, multidisciplinary, matrixed environment

Preferred:

Prior handson experience in mammalian cell culture, in vitro cellbased assays, molecular biology including qPCR, immunoassays
Previous pharmaceutical/biotech experience
