Description
This position is responsible for collecting and inputting data for the Agency programs and performing general clerical duties.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collects and reviews program required forms for completeness and accuracy
  • Ensures timely entry of required forms, notifies Supervisor of forms or program issues.
  • Researches and verifies data prior to entering in computer data systems.
  • Prepare reports and statistical data as assigned to ensure compliance with contract, PGCSC, State and Federal requirements.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to provide quality seamless customer service.
  • Attends on-going data systems training on inputting process, record file maintenance, and reporting procedures.
  • Attends community events to provide information related to Agency.
  • Adhere to all rules and regulations regarding client confidentiality and client rights, per PGCSC policy, and State and Federal regulations.
  • Performs data entry for congregate meal registration forms.
  • Provides office and clerical assistance as needed to ensure Agency, Department and Program efficiency.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


Three (3) years' experience in data entry programs or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the ability to perform job duties.

Possess a current AZ Driver's License and 39 month driving record. Current Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and must pass Central Registry Background Check.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESKnowledge of data entry process, computer literate. Detail oriented, good organizational skills, self started and work independently. Ability to interpret and complete complicated data entry forms; prepare monthly records and reports. Good verbal and written skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies, and the public; to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work with individuals of various educational, cultural, and social backgrounds.


Pay:
From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
