Your Responsibilities

You will independently manage one of our technically demanding construction projects in the field of building construction and report directly to the project manager
You will coordinate the site supervisors and subcontractors
You will ensure the quality, schedule, and cost-effective execution of all work on the construction site
You will document the processes on the construction site and provide your project manager with all the necessary information for professional site control

Your Profile

You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, landscape architecture, geology, or a comparable technical education
Ideally, you have gained some experience in construction management of building projects
You are resilient, assertive, and demonstrate your communication skills in negotiation and conflict situations
