We are looking for

an apprentice for real estate management
We are a family-owned real estate company located in the heart of Trier. For decades, we have been managing a large portfolio of private and commercial properties in the Trier area. You will join a friendly team that enjoys their work.


Your tasks:

  • Management of private and commercial properties (rental and condominium management)
  • Organization, information, and communication internally and with clients

Theory and practice:

  • Theoretical training will take place at the vocational school in Neuwied
  • Practical training will take place within the company. During your time with us, you will learn all aspects of real estate management.

Your goal:
Graduation as a real estate specialist (IHK exam)


Requirements:


  • Good to very good secondary school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, or general university entrance qualification
  • Interest in independent work
  • Understanding of numbers and commercial matters
  • Communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
  • Commitment, teamwork, and customer service orientation
