Description
Busy highway dealership is seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service that will greet customers and answer calls. The individual should be responsible, upbeat, dress professionally, and able to multi-task. Previous Dealership experience not required.


Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Cheerfully greet and assist walk-in customers/visitors
  • Answer phones/screen and transfer calls/take messages via a multiline switchboard
  • Receipt credit cards/checks/approve checks online
  • Provide customers with updated information regarding their vehicle
  • Handle customer requests/troubleshoot problems

Job Qualifications/Skills:


  • Excellent interpersonal, and multitasking skills;
  • Timely and regular verification of work for accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word software.
  • Excellent calculation skills for cashier accuracy
