The Opportunity:
The flight department at the Prescott Campus is seeking an FAA Testing Proctor. This position will be primarily responsible for proctoring FAA tests and assisting Fight Data and Certification.

The FAA Testing Proctor will report directly to the Flight Data and Certification Manager, and requires the individual to reside in Prescott, AZ or outlying areas.


Primary duties include:
(50%) FAA Testing Proctor.

  • Follow proper PSI procedures for check in
  • Prepare test stations and cameras
  • Prepare and maintain testing books and supplies
  • Monitor students during testing including walkthroughs
  • Follow proper PSI procedures for check out
  • Photocopy, scan, and file original FAA KT test
  • Monitor testing schedule submitted by PSI
  • Maintain proctor currency with PSI
  • Provide statistical support to Flight Records Supervisor and Chairman of Flight Training
  • Pass an annual Proctor Qualifying exam in order to remain an FAA Certified PSI Testing Center Administrator
(50%) Assist Flight Data and Certification.

  • Creating student files
  • Assist with Orientation Check in
  • Photocopy TSA and FAA documents
  • Prepare student files for FAA audit
  • Pulling expired student files
  • Filing documents in student files
  • Uploading scanned documents to imaging
  • Provide support to the Flight Records and Certification Office
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school (or GED) level ability in spelling, grammar, basic composition, and math.
